Astor departed early the following morning to get a head start on the Hyrulean Army who would venture inside the Lost Woods to where the Master Sword rests. Nollie felt a bit lonely upon waking up to see that he wasn't anywhere in the hideout. He was really the only one she felt comfortable talking to. She was hesitant to speak to Kohga as well for any training because she was afraid she would annoy him just for showing up to him. She wanted to try and get to know Sooga a little better, but he had already departed to Gatepost Town where the Hyrulean Army was. After Astor revealed his vision of the awakening of the Calamity, he turns to Nollie to summon her. "Nollie," he calls for her gently, but with a hint of a demanding tone. "This way, please." When Nollie stood up to follow behind Astor to his quarters, Kohga noticed the naginata blade she had behind her back and stood up from his chair for a moment. "Hey, Nollie," Kohga barks. "You mind telling me where you got that blade on your back? Where'd it come from?" Nollie glances at Astor for a moment, and he smiles very subtly and faintly, giving her the "ok" to let them know he was the one that provided it for her. "Astor gave it to me," she said. "I-it was... somewhat of a reward for my accomplishment from training yesterday." Before Kohga could say anything else, Astor stepped in once more. Nollie does not say a word when following Astor to the training grounds of the Yiga clan. Once there, there were a few footsoldiers, which were the lowest ranking members. She saw Master Kohga with his right hand, Sooga, waiting for both her and Astor. "You ready, kid?" Kohga stands up. Nollie was about to tell him again that she wasn't a kid, but Astor gently puts his hand back as a gesture to stop her from saying that, as he already knew she was going to say exactly that. Instead, Nollie nods in response. "Ready as she can be," Astor says as he steps aside and gestures Nollie to step forward, then she does so. "Alright... so, I'll just need to see a couple of things regarding your skill level. We'll have you take on our newest recruit before you. Show us what you got!" The newer recruited footsoldier steps up with his small scythe blade, which intimidates Nollie. She takes a few steps forward, then realizes she has no weapon of her own. "How am I supposed to fight this guy
